“A relax place, nice beach and memorable”

“The outdoor facilities were great. We did not get the ocean view room that we had reserved. When I brought that up at the reception I was told that no other room was available . It seems that the hotel staff just emptied a room that was being used as a storage area and threw us in it. Night lamps were non functioning, the patio door could not be locked, windows were broken, the head of the bed was being supported with a roll of toilet paper, there was mold everywhere in the bathroom and the closet smelled very moldy. The resort should halt all overnight accommodations until all the rooms are completely renovated. No other traveler should have to go through what we experienced”

“Best place to visit in the northern part of Haiti. Transportation to/from the airport to accommodate your stay. No need for rental car. Foods are delicious. Planning to go back again.”

“I had a wonderful stay at Cormier. I felt very safe throughout my visit, and the staff were nice. I also really enjoyed that there was a nice mix of locals and hotel guests-it gave the property a relaxed, authentic atmosphere. The road leading to the resort was in great condition and felt safe as well. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be that the rooms could use some updating, but overall it was a very enjoyable experience. Will be visiting again soon!”

“Cormier Resort is excellent for solo travelers, families, friends. I spent 7 days there. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and cared for by the amazing staff. I appreciated the outstanding customer service and professionalism. I loved that there's a restaurant and bar. Clean room, and overall well kept property. Access to the beach right on the property. Cormier is very relaxing and rejuvenating. I will definitely visit again in the very near future. 😊”

“I stayed at Cormier Resort for 7 days with my husband, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. For the price we paid, the hotel did not deliver the quality or service we expected. The rooms are extremely outdated and in desperate need of renovation. The furniture, bathrooms, and overall condition make the hotel feel neglected. Even the towels looked old and worn, so I would recommend bringing your own. The biggest issue was the food. Both my husband and I became sick after eating at the hotel’s restaurant. At first, we thought it was just us, but another guest shared that they had experienced the same problem. After that, I was afraid to eat there because every meal seemed to make me feel sick. It completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. The only highlight of this resort is the beach. It is absolutely beautiful and the only reason I’m giving any credit at all. The location has so much potential, but the hotel itself needs major improvements. Management should seriously invest in renovating the rooms, replacing old linens and towels, and improving the quality and safety of the food. Until those changes are made, I cannot recommend staying here. For the amount they charge, there are far better places to spend your money.”
